Corporate and Commercial services include advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, the establishment of new entities as well as legal compliance of existing enterprises.

As part of our Insurance Law practice we also assist clients with complaints to the Ombudsman in addition to all other aspects of the insurance industry.

Our Contracts department renders services that include the negotiation and drafting of commercial and corporate contracts.

As part of our Third Party practice we also render services including merit investigations and assist clients in all aspects related to the Road Accident Fund (as well as its proposed replacement the Road Accident Benefit Scheme).

Our Labour practice include assistance during CCMA and Labour Court appearances as well as general labour law advice.

We are able to act as correspondent in the Magistrates Court, High Court as well as the Supreme Court of Appeal in Bloemfontein.
